- Being part of the experiments team with multiple pods, I lead one of the pods consisting of frontend engineers, UX, QA and project manager. The key responsibilities include grooming stories, accessing feasibility, and ensuring their timely delivery.
- Implemented and ran 100+ AB tests which improved conversion rate significantly.

MobileWeb Developer
- Worked with a small team to build a web app - Urgently, the Uber for roadside assistance. The app was built with backbone + marrionette and featured extensive use of google/mapquest maps, live location tracking, secure payments and highly responsive design. The project was a major success and achieved the highest CSAT in the organization.
- Worked with the same team to build a map portal for Urgently. Built with angular 1 and Ionic, it included live location of multiple jobs, role based access and fully responsive UI for tablets and desktops.
- Mentored a small team of PHP developers newly adapting to the Frontend role. We built together a traveltracker map portal for a highly renowned customer. The map portal was a rewrite of a deprecated silverlight application and reused UI components which were part of the mobile version.
- Started a MEAN stack project for an in-house product used for automatically calculating project estimations.
